For over six decades, Marshall’s legacy has grown—chord by chord, person by person, generation by generation. It all began in 1962 when Jim Marshall built his first-ever amp. Since then, Marshall has become synonymous not only with live music and rock ‘n’ roll but also with innovation, redefining itself as a speaker and headphones brand. But how do you bring such a rich heritage and cultural icon like Marshall into the digital era without losing the soul, tactility, and analogue essence of the brand?
Our mandate was to refresh the brand and completely overhaul the Marshall e-commerce site, merging headphones and amplifiers on the same platform for the first time.
Our solution revolved around a core truth: Rock ‘n’ roll is more than just a music genre—it’s an attitude. It’s bold, loud, confident, and unapologetically rough around the edges. We aimed to infuse that spirit into every aspect of the brand’s presence, from positioning to the very last pixel.
