Graziano is a small Tuscan restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen, founded by Jonathan and Kaave. Located in Copenhagen N, Graziano blends traditional rustic Tuscan cuisine with the city’s ever-evolving culinary culture, aspiring to become a new classic for the decade to come. It’s a simple place where good food, good wine, and good company come together.

Our task was straightforward: to create an identity inspired by the essence of Tuscan cuisine while embracing the urban spirit of Copenhagen. The design needed to feel contemporary yet timeless—never trendy.

At the heart of Graziano’s identity is a hand-drawn Pegasus, the symbol of the Tuscan region, reflecting co-founder and chef Jonathan’s roots, having grown up on an olive grove in Montecatini. The logotype features custom lettering, inspired by the cursive and handcrafted signage found on Italian streets.
